BIG PLAY LITTLE PLAY

Outdoor den building offers rich, hands-on learning. Children practised turn-taking, negotiation, and perseverance as they worked together to design and construct their shelters.

This type of open-ended play brought our Big Play, Little Play curriculum to life. Children engaged in Big Play through large-scale movement ,carrying large blankets, tyres and wooden beams, balancing, and building together while Little Play emerged in the careful positioning of materials, turn-taking, and thoughtful problem-solving.
